Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Yeshiva Management System (“YMS”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the system.

2. Description of Service

YMS is a school administration tool that assists participating schools with:

• Tuition and account management
• Ledger tracking
• PDF statement generation
• Administrative email communications

YMS is provided for administrative use only by authorized school personnel.

3. Authorization & Access

To use YMS, you must authorize access to specific Google services via OAuth. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to grant such access on behalf of your school.

4. Data Responsibility

• All financial and account data is entered and maintained by the school.
• The school is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriate use of all data stored or processed through YMS.
• YMS acts only as a processing tool and does not independently verify data accuracy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use YMS for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access data belonging to other schools
• Circumvent security or authorization controls
• Use the system in a way that disrupts service for others

6. Availability

YMS is provided “as is” and “as available.” While reasonable efforts are made to ensure reliability, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• YMS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• YMS is not responsible for data loss caused by user error, Google service outages, or third-party actions.

8. Termination

Access to YMS may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if use poses security or operational risks.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of YMS constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
